We had such an amazing experience with Consumer Direct Windows and Doors right from getting the quote to the completion of windows installation. The Window and Door Specialist Kristian G. provided a very comprehensive quote with full details of each windows and an estimated delivery time frame. Kristian was also very patient in providing answers to all our questions which helped us in making our final decision. One week after signing the contract, Jon L. and his team member showed up to take the measurement of all windows. And then we received a call from Graeme K. within the delivery time frame to schedule the appointment for installation of our windows. The Installer team of Colin came on time to install them and completed installation as scheduled. They were all very knowledgeable and professional. We were very happy that we selected Consumer Direct Windows and Doors.

We had contacted 4 companies for quotes, and Consumer Direct not only came in with the best price, but the service received to get the quote was very professional and personal and the quality of the material was good quality. We had made 2 changes to not only the front door but the windows as well, and Jon provided updated quotes very quickly. When the time came to make a decision regarding colour of the door, they did not have a physical sample available, so went out of their way to contact the manufacturer to get a sample. Jon was very instrumental in helping us make a decision on our front door selection. We at first wanted to stay with a similar style of the door with a side window, but John showed us a picture of a previous client who removed the side window and enlarged the door to a custom size (40″). The result was spectacular. We now love our new entrance. When installation time arrived, the crew were very professional and followed all COVID protocols. They ensured that they laid runners throughout the house to ensure that the floors were kept clean. After installation was complete, they vacuumed all the areas and put all old material in the garbage that they took with them. They went around to all areas to ensure that we knew how the new windows opened (as they were different than our old ones) as well as to ensure that all outside areas were completed sealed.

Our salesman promised us new windows in December and while we were fully prepared for that to be delayed with everything going on they were on time and completed in the time promised with added extras as needed. This was a much needed and well worth it renovation.

The quality of the windows is very good. Noise reduction, more glass than other companies and they look amazing. The installers were very professional and completed the job in a timely fashion. I spoke with Jerry about this project. The whole experience was amazing from measurement of the windows to gents who came to install the windows. It has been 5 months windows are install and no complains.
10/10 We had 4-5 different come in for quotes and CD was by far the cheapest. They also brought in a sample window splice so you could see the difference between single and triple panel windows. The staff was always readily available to answer questions and they were able to install my windows months before other companies could.
When the install guys came they were professional and cleaned up after themselves completely. I cannot recommended Consumer’s Direct enough

We ordered our custom Patio doors and 2 Windows in July 2021 and it took about 12 weeks to manufacture them. We had it installed in November 2021 and their team was able to install it within a day. - Laz10/10 The old patio door was drafty cold and extremely hard to open. The New door is warm and energy efficient. The company sent a sales person to measure and quote , promptly following a call to the company. About 7 -8 weeks later, an installer arrived with the new door . The installer was very professional and meticulous with the installation . He made certain that all sides were levelled, and precise to ensure the easy slide of the glass door and screen. The capping on the outside sets off the new door installation.

10/10 After struggling to close our stiff, old sliding door for much too long we decided it was time to make a change. We kept hearing about Jerry from Jerry’s Windows and Doors (Consumer Direct Windows and Doors) and how amazing the products were so we decided to give him a call. We selected the most gorgeous sliding doors with great security features and built in blinds. We had a slight issue with the wrong handle being installed but it was remedied promptly without any issue. They also did some capping work for us on some faux windows. Our house is so much brighter and it really improved the space. We will not hesitate to call them for future projects. Pricing was also reasonable. We are very happy.
