We recently replaced several windows in the front of our home. Consumers Direct provided very professional service. Sales person was polite ,professional and informative. Did not feel pressured at all. Installers were on time and efficient. We are very pleased with our new windows and are so happy we went with the black. Clean and tidy look to our home. We had our main floor windows replaced by Consumers Direct. The sales representative, Jerry, was very friendly and readily answered our questions before we signed on. The installers were very punctual and completed the installation on the required time, also cleaned up as they worked. When contacted for answers, we got prompt response.
